take a whole cauliflower head - steam until tender.
mash
slice 1 small leek thinly
a few thin slices of fennel bulb
2 garlic cloves -crushed
2 tbsp tumeric powder
in the pan on medium heat -with a tablespoon of coconut oil - toss the leeks, fennel, garlic until tender.
add the cauliflower and tumeric
toss over until it browns like hash
salt and pepper to taste
