1/2cup coconut water
1 egg - split off yolk if you dont want it
1/2 handful fresh baby spinach
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp LSA or Chia seeds, or psyllium husk
plain yoghurt - 1/3 cup
then blend - yum
for a change -you could swap out
the egg - for 1/2 avocado
coconut water - for (1/2 apple juice 1/2 celery) - juiced in your own juicer
spinach -for kale
blueberries - for cranberries
